Explore the World of walk-on-air in the morning. At lunchtime, travel to the Appenzeller Show Cheese Dairy in Stein. After a delicious lunch (cheesecake and green salad), learn all about the production of Switzerland’s most aromatic cheese, the Appenzeller, during a guided tour given by a hostess. As part of the tour, you will be able to see our cheesemakers at work from the visitors’ gallery. A look at the cellar packed with cheeses, a visit to the cheese cinema and a taste of Appenzeller conclude the tour.
